Do you have a shop in Sheffield?
No we don’t have a physical shop however if you would like to view and/or purchase the watch directly, this can be done by appointment.
What is NP Fine Watches Return policy?
We accept return of items in the same condition as when sold. You may return your purchase for a full refund, in the original form of payment, within 14 days of your purchase.To make a return, log-in your account and start a return.Please contact us if you need assistance. As buyer you are liable for the return postage cost. We suggest items are returned to us with an insured method of shipping. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft whilst the product is in your possession or being returned to NP Fine Watches. We cannot accept the return of items that have been worn, scratched or altered.
Can I view and/or collect the watch from Sheffield?

No, there is not VAT on your purchase, all watches sold by us are pre-owned, therefore no VAT in charged.
How long do deliveries take?
We will post the watch to you with next day Delivery tracked and insured. We will provide the tracking number once the item has been posted.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we do offer free shipping in the UK.
Are there any charges for card payments?
No there are no extra charges for card payments.
